My product arrived damaged During shipping, what Should I do?
We are sorry if your product arrives damaged, we strive to offer the best shipping experience possible. If you return your product within 30 days once delivered, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Before sending your product for replacement contact us here so we can better respond to your needs as we work closely with the company’s that ship to customers to track to locate where the problem has occurred.
I received my product but would like to return it?
We understand you might have changed your mind or prefer to go with a different product. If the product is unopened, you can send it back within a total of 14 days after delivery. Once received, our team will issue a refund of the total amount minus the shipping fees on your original payment method.
